Fix flat graphs due to multiple WebKit revs on one Chromium rev.

The way the revision hash was built, the last datapoint to reference a given
revision would overwrite previous data. This meant a flat line on the chart
going left until the next Chromium revision. The patch addresses data by both
Chromium and WebKit revisions.

Account for parent offset when zooming with mouse wheel

Whatever vertical position in the graph your mouse cursor is over should stay put when you zoom using the wheel, so you can zoom in/out while keeping an anomaly focused. Code for this was present but was not accounting for the widget being nested.

Also added a few missing semicolons my IDE complained about.

Fix regression from r10407033. Setting td.innerHTML was overriding
the onclick handler set in the loop above. Instead, construct the DOM

Fix the dashboard graphs for constant values.

Since yValueRange() was used to calculate the placement of
values on a context as a denominator, 0 values resulted in
the y value being set to NaN.  The graph would end up empty.
Interestingly, the Canvas plotting calls for (x, NaN) did
not generate any JS console errors.

Make tabs a little more intuitive.

For some reason when I first started looking at the perf results, I didn't
realize the boxes at the top were tabs. This patch just makes that a little
more obvious by rounding the top corners and greying out unselected tabs.
