This source code is not used or depended on anymore, and we can save
some repository space by not forcing people to pull it down.

[manifest] don't use tlsdate "upstream" branch
At one point, our cunning plan was to create new branches in the tlsdate repo
for each tagged release of tlsdate we wanted to switch to, but using 'git push
-f' gives us better control, so we use that instead now.

Move chromium/src checkout to refs/heads/git-svn.
The git-svn branch does not have git submodules. Once a checkout has
been switched to this branch, repo will no longer complain about
modifications within chromium/src. This will allow us to remove the
chromium projects from the full.xml manifest cleanly.

Add compatibility symlink for gerrit-source.
This is step1; get people to switch to the new manifest, but without
any impact. Step2 is removing gerrit sources (chromium and such)
from full.xml.
