Fix -Werror=unused-but-set-variable warnings in gcc 4.6

As warning-as-error was enabled, unused-but-set local variable
breaks the build in gcc 4.6 . This CL add a return code check in
TPM_CMK_ApproveMA after verify authorization.

TEST=emerge tpm-emulator under gcc 4.6 toolchain

This packages the TPM emulator as a library, which makes it easier to test and debug firmware reference code.

(For Will or anybody who has seen the previous version of this: The new release of the TPM emulator has two relevant changes. 1. It creates libtpm.a as an intermediate step towards building the emulator and 2. it uses cmake. I ported my (still uncommitted) changes to it. I ended up using the "#include tpmd.c" trick after a short, brutal, and pointless fight with cmake's add_custom_target.)
